What is the Spinal Flow Technique?
Spinal Flow Technique developed by Dr. Carli Axford is based on the philosophy that the human body has everything within itself to be able to heal. I will work with you to alleviate pain, symptoms, and dis-ease by alerting your brain through a point of ease brought by light pressure along your sacrum and cranial access points. Your nervous system will be guided to release spinal blockages throughout the seven Gateways of the spine. This powerful yet gentle touch-led modality facilitates everyone’s innate healing intelligence via the nervous system to release stress which may be the root cause of your pain, dis-ease and illness. As more ease comes into your body, amazing healing happens!

MEET ANNETTE
Welcome! My name is Annette, and I’m so glad you’re here. Spinal Flow is a gentle yet powerful modality that helps release stored tension and blockages in your spine, allowing your body to shift into healing mode. Every session is unique to you, and my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, safe, and relaxed.
During our time together, I’ll be assessing your spine for blockages and working with your body’s natural healing wisdom to help restore flow. You don’t have to do anything but relax and allow your body to receive what it needs.
